Question for people with #adhd :Can you say with 100% confidence that you know who you are as a person? Do you ever second guess yourself?

if "who you are" is a question of personal values, we're very confident about knowing what those are
if "who you are" is a question of personality traits, interests, moods, etc. those are constantly shifting
@caz to answer the first question, no. Though I did become a plural system partially because of adhd so there's that. There still is the occasional second guessing though.
@caz probably not, but i feel likey identity issues are more influenced by my bpd than adhd
