is my own project and to my knowledge myself and none of the actors are union, I feel that doing any work on this podcast beyond creating budgets and Patreon rewards is crossing the picket line, something I refuse to do.
More news about the podcast will be coming 5/6
as well as to make sure that the advent of AI does not remove writers' rooms from productions across the nation. I also stand with SAG-AFTRA (the actors' union, including voice actors) in their negotiations with the AMPTP should they choose to strike. Even though this podcast 4/6
for those who would like to fund and support the podcast.
The second reason for the pause in production is related to the current #WGAStrike. I am standing with all of the members of the WGA (the writers' union) in their strike to get better pay from streaming services 3/6
The first is financial. I've been crunching numbers for how much money would be needed to pay everyone involved to produce a season of the podcast and I currently do not have this money, so production cannot move forward. However, I am looking into possible Patreon rewards 2/6
