I think we’re reaching a point where there’s about as many trans women and AMAB non-binary people in computer science as there are cis women and AFAB non-binary people... probably ‘cuz the former got in before coming out

but it’s fucking absurd that “get in a bunch of women under the radar to dismantle power structures from the inside” seems like one of the ways this is actually gonna go
