I tried to develop some of my film today. Tried. The woman who helped me with it (born in 1995, she helpfully told me) told me they don't send back negatives, just prints and a CD with digital copies.
Nope. I require negatives.
The search for a photo processing place that does basic C41 color continues.
@indi You pretty much have to go to pro places to get stuff like negatives or contact sheets these days. This is why we picked up a bunch of darkroom stuff off freecycle a few years ago. We just need to find a spot we can make dark enough for enlarging. B/W only at the moment, there's no way we can safety a color darkroom right now.

@deadrose yeah, it's looking like i need mail order or a time machine. Even for basic color, let alone B&W.
