sometimes it feels like if I spend more than an hour or 2 on social media sites I end up spending the rest of the day trying to calm down or distracting myself from a million problems I can't solve or even assist with
I've got a timer extension setup on my desktop set for 30 minutes on the usual sites, but I've been finding myself checking the same sites on different devices :\
maybe if I turned off app notifications that would help?
