I try not to make a big of a deal of when I do notice uncommon ways of holding a pencil/pen

but it was drilled into me at a VERY young age how to "correctly" grip a pencil, so when I do see grips different than that I get stressed out over it 💦

is that comfortable for them?! did they not have a teacher(s) constantly hovering over them to make sure they did it "right"?? were they not forced to use a plastic/rubber pencil grip??? ​
