not the 2nd half, tragically there are plenty of scenarios where you could die alone
but BORN alone??? REALLY?!? you're womb just spontaneously came into existence, floated mid-air for 9~ months until you were ready to deliver yourself, *and* you somehow raised yourself from infancy???

@tillianisafox I suppose I took the saying a bit too literally, however, I still feel like it's an edgy saying to fully believe in

@dragonmagic I think maybe it means that when you were born, you were brought into consciousness in solitude, and then you saw other people for the first time. and when you will die, you won't be able to take anybody with yourself, you will have to experience that completely alone
