I think one of the main reasons that my back hasn't been giving me any major problems (yet) is because I stretch a lot

the downside is that I get a lot of snarky/neg comments from others because of it 😕​

it's like the 2nd most frequent thing bosses get mad at me for, despite that I rarely take more than a few minutes to do so and it's for my health???

I'll literally tell the hiring manager

"hey I had a hand injury and I need to stretch it regularly"

they'll say it's ok, and then like 2~ months later it's

"why are you stretching so much?!"

something I notice in living with different people is the way sometimes I"m the one having frequent stretching/home fitness normalized and sometimes I'm the one normalizing 'hey hey hey it's so good to just regularly stretch and lay down and make some sounds'
