tried a new organic mouth wash (made sure it has fluoride), and it took me 2-3 hours and nausea medication to get over how bad the after taste was

apparently it's fresh mint flavor?

so I think what happened was there's so much real organic mint between the tooth paste and the mouth wash that it upset the old tums 🙃

I think the same organic toothpaste brand has kid flavors with fluoride, maybe that will even it out
