@goaty this was tough, because I don't think I have a preference usually
but then I remembered Bastion exists, and the constant narration was the exclusive reason why I didn't play it 😬
to clarify; the VA choice was fine, "anyone narrating my character" was the jarring part IMHO
but I do think it's a treat when dating sims, or otherwise text heavy games, have VAs to go with them. I would've liked if all the ME2 digi-lore was VA'd instead of certain entries
