had an idea to put together a dark chocolate square and a biscoff cookie
and by golly I've reverse engineered those european chocolate biscuit cookies

the real mystery no one asked me to solve is how they get the chocolate to stay on the biscuit without it falling apart later
the really good ones feel like they're super glued onto it!
