wondering if *part of the reason why the media got so excited about the sub is because it was live (*the favoritism towards rich ppl has already been pointed out)
if, we had somehow known that the implosion had happened a few hours, up to a day after it had happened, I don't believe it would have stirred up as much attention as it did
articles and blurbs fine, sure, but the 3 day TV coverage? the 4 or 5 youtube livestreams I could find of it?

almost forgot about the flaming dumpster aspect of this event that makes it hard to look away from
but who was it that said this about NFT's,
"if only men are involved in something it's no good"

or ya know, along those lines, because no women thought it was worth 250,000 USD to try out
