@dragonmagic Huy Fong Sriracha is still available, albiet intermittently. If you have an Asian supermarket near you - especially if they cater to the Vietnamese community - you may be able to find it there. If not, they will likely have other brands available. Recipes differ between brands but you should be able to find something that tastes pretty similar.
