If you use Incineroar's side special when the enemy is slowed down the character goes too slow for him to finish the attack so this happens

Literally the only time that animation happens is if the enemy is slowed from the clock or like, 3 different assist trophies?
They didn't NEED to out that animation in that almost no one will see in an actual match. He could have just stood up or something, but NO, he had to be perfect
He just sits there waiting normally until he just gets tired of waiting
