Aaaah yeah that's probably way too fine
Shouldn't look that sludgy and smooth
Drained at about 4 minutes instead of 3:30
Gonna have to loosen my grinder up quite a bit for tomorrow
It's cooled down a bit and it's tasting a bit more chocolatey, but still not enough berry notes
Oof, definitely over extracted -_-
Tastes far too smoky. Not getting any of the dark chocolate or berry TT-TT
