I think about the Amazon phone, Facebook phones, and Microsoft Kin a lot

Remember Facebook Home, the app that like, replaced a bunch of the Android experience with like, a Facebook launcher and lockscreen?

The HTC First was a pretty neat stock Android phone if you disable the Facebook stuff.
It essentially became like, an updated Nexus 4 iirc? I think it was around that time

There are a lot of interesting failures in smartphones from a few years ago that I absolutely adore

Like, 2013 to 2015 I'd say
Before Samsung became the supreme Android leader with the S6 and every other Android maker actually had a chance and made things

Remember the Sony Xperia Z Ultra?
It's was a massive phone with a 6.44 inch display in 2013
It had a specific way the screen was made that made it so that you could just use a normal pencil or pen as a stylus on it and it wouldn't do anything to the screen
Also, there was a Google Play Edition of it released

@tiff At least Moto kept at it for the few years like they said they would.
LG tried doing "modular" stuff with the G5 and that failed SPECTACULARLY
They released like, one thing with it and that was it???
