I mentioned how it's kinda funny that we constantly use matcha as a component in seasonal drinks and we have never had just a straight matcha latte

T: "It's kinda hard to make in a specialty cafe"
Me: "Yeah, I imagine with our volume it would be a hassle to get the whisking down properly"
T: "Not even, it's not that hard, I can do it in like 2 seconds"
