@noelle last I remember (like, maybe 2 years ago) there was a pretty good in-depth unofficial translation patch for the PC?
No clue if Sega shut that down though
As far as I know I THINK the official localization is just in beta on Xbone, no clue if MS is gonna also have it on PC

the official ver is coming to pc at a later date, including steam
