Mmmmm looks like I’m probably gonna have to start working the week of 5/4
Sbux is reopening EVERY US store regardless of shelter in place protocols AND full catastrophe pay is ending that time as well
Apparently they’re gonna pay the difference of normal hours with CAT pay (like, if I work 10 hours but normally scheduled for 25 I’ll still be paid those extra 15 hours) but like come on

Partners can take a 30 day unpaid leave of absence but like

After those 30 days we might have to resign (there was no mention of getting laid off, just having a talk about if we still wanna work for sbux) so there wouldn’t even be unemployment for that month
I don’t feel TOO comfortable going back to work, but I’ll see if it can be a like one day a week thing for a like 5 hour shift
