How do people that don’t work in coffee drink so much coffee?
Like, yeah I had a fuck ton especially when I worked at Chromatic but I tasted the espresso like, every hour to make sure it was still up to standard and QCed handpours and what not but now I’m at sbux and don’t have to and only drink AT MOST two cups a day?
@evie that's my coworker's theory, yeah. He's switching to pourovers to see if he drinks less.
I've got my espresso machine and go anywhere from 1 to 4 a day.
