Finally some fucking good in the world
The shot wasn’t too bad, kinda flat as far as actual flavors go, MAYBE a little sour?
I need more extraction, but I got some flavors out of it
Maybe too fast? It took just a bit over 30 seconds which is fine for a regular espresso maker but the Robot loves longer almost full minute pulls so I’ll have to try again

Not really “better” but different
Might need more in and more out?
I did 17g in and 34g out
Maybe push it to 18 or 19 in with almost 40ish out?
