LEGO NES build

Good golly the inside of this TV set is starting to get pretty complex and involved

I genuinely can’t understand the mindset of not liking this kit based on the price by saying “lol just buy a real NES”
It’s such a different experience and thing and just agsjfldjhsbd
Yes LEGO is expensive but like, it’s a hobby thing and hobby shit like this is always expensive
The amount of money my high schools friends spent on warhammer is fucking baffling to me but like get it if you like it

Like, this kit is awesome if you’re an old Nintendo fan because like, it’s a mini displayable nes you build and it has A LOT of intricate moving parts
If you’re a LEGO fan it’s over 2600 pieces and is a super complex and involves build and it’s just so detailed it’s amazing

It is finished
I’m going to bed

@evie that is one of their best articles

LEGO NES build

@evie at least on sets in THAT price category, yes
i watch a german lego channel and the owner keeps complaining about this issue for nearly every set lol

@MochiWaifu at least its only 3 big stickers on this set
Like, the little a, b, start, and select indicators on the controller are printed on the plastic, as is the “NINTENDO Entertainment System” on the console.
The only stickers are the back of the TV there, and the label on the game cart
