I don't know what happened, but with the new year PkG on my phone suddenly decided to refuse to work with the camera. first I tried to "play with my buddy" 9____9 and the phone just clicks (physically clicks, I can feel it, something is moving in there, no idea what), the screen goes black, and then the game crashes. then I had the ~brilliant idea~ (/headdesking eternally now) to see if I could catch a wild Pokemon with AR on. now the game crashes EVERY TIME I TRY TO CATCH ANYTHING. it defaults to "AR on," the screen is black, the phone clicks and the game crashes. I can't *get to* the AR control to turn it *off*.

I've tried downloading updates--just did that, no change. I've checked the permissions--nothing is different, it's got all the permissions. if I changed something on the camera settings I have no idea what it was or how to fix it--the camera itself still works fine. I've tried searching for the same issue and found nothing about it anywhere. the problems with the AR/camera started on 12/31, so it's not a "2020/y2k" thing (I think). and if I can't figure out how to fix it, it makes the game *unplayable*. so... help????
