I’ve found a lost item twice but BOTH TIMES the first villager I asked basically just told me who it belongs to instead of asking around???
I’ve NEVER had them ask for a specific fruit/bug/fish/piece of furniture. I’ve NEVER had them ask if I could deliver something for them. I’ve NEVER had them ask if I could get something back for them.
There’s literally no point in having villagers in this game anymore other than seeing them do something and say “oh, that’s cute”, and then that’s it

Every time I boot up nh and talk to my villagers I’m like “what is the point of even having villagers in this game at this point?” because 99 out of 100 times the only thing you can do is have some say like 2 lines of recycled dialogue at you and that’s it.
RANDOMLY it will give you the option to give an item to them or they’ll MAYBE ask you a multiple choice question but like that’s it???

@pupy I hit the point because they seemingly got rid of asking villagers if they need anything done?
Like, in the original I would go around helping them if I didn’t know what else to do but so far in nh I’ve been able to ask if they need anything ONCE and like idk what to do in the game anymore???

welp,
the power bridge on my 2.5" FW800-SATA drive enclosure (the one i use for DJing) finally fried itself out tonight after six years of library use, and they’re not exactly making FW-SATA enclosures anymore
SO,
does anyone have an old FW800-SATA (or FW400-SATA) drive enclosure they’re not using anymore and would prefer it get sent to a good home where it *will* get additional life as a DJing library enclosure, and not gather dust or sent to recycling?
