Despite his being an antagonist, Walter Peck (the EPA guy) is 100% in the right up until he shuts down the ghost containment unit. (It would have been a much different movie if he hadn't, though.)

It happened all the time at Chromatic and I’m sure it’s more common than you would expect, but every now and then I’d come in, take the bar, and then start cleaning it up only to find a small cup pushed underneath the espresso machine from when one of the morning people was dialing in the spro and used the cup to spit in
Also I didn’t actually DRINK them, I tasted them and spit them out because it’s almost 10 and no way am I drinking caffeine at this hour
I’ve worked in coffee long enough to know even though you have to TASTE your shots you don’t have to drink them all

I got two shots done and pulled and they were pretty good
Gonna try an actual shot tomorrow morning at the grind setting between the two and it should be a winner

I was joking about 8pm espresso BUT it’s just about 7pm and my grinder still isn’t here so maybe 8pm was TOO optimistic
