How do people sit on these stools for hours and hours a day? They're so uncomfortable and I've been sitting for like 30 minutes

The BEST customers are people that are already into coffee OR the ones that don't know much and are genuinely curious and ask questions about stuff and try something new

I honestly don't know what's worse, weekend customers that don't read our menu and get upset when we don't have a thing they won't even though it's not in the menu or regulars that are just too comfortable and just want to talk way too much and think they are perfect
