Final count so far is me, an old guy, and a slightly older lady

Normal brain: going to a big budget blockbuster movie on release day and getting incredibly disappointed at how terrible it is
Galaxy brain: going to a smaller movie on release day directed by an award winning visionary that you know is gonna crash and burn everywhere

I've seen some people say this movie is exceptionally boring so I may keep my phone on

On the one hand: Watching one of my favorite movies ever with someone I love a lot irl together for the first time......
But in the other hand: CATS (2019)

I can't remember the last time I was this excited to see a movie in the theater

I think my level of excitement is just about at the level of when I watched Fury Road with Lan

I can't believe I woke up early so I could go see CATS

I wanna take Lan to Seattle

I keep thinking about the few days in Chicago and just hhhhhhbnnnj I miss that

I want to give and get hugs (little a hugs)

My last day is with my favorite co-worker I'm gonna give them such a huge hug

I made it through another work day I just have one more left!

To Be Kind is a pretty great album for the cafe tbh
