I wonder if you get a thrill the first time you get an unreasonable customer at the drive-thru window and you realize you get to say “Sir, this is a Wendy’s.” for real.

@Chrishallbeck absolutely. what customers dont realise is that working in customer service instills you with such an ever present rage that you begin to live for the moments when a customer decides to try you and you get to wield that rage like some righteous holy weapon
