when I do a thread with the first and last posts X hours apart, you can safely assume that those X hours were spent on nothing but composing those toots, and the previous X/2 ~ X hours were spent on nothing but rehearsing/planning/researching them.
usually I bounce ideas around internally for days if not weeks before actually getting around to posting about them

I have occasionally had ideas that took months or years to develop, and even then I don't publish most things I've written. No reason to court disaster, I figure.
