@moiety@gingerrroot agree mostly, its usually not wanting to do the paperwork for introducing a new country within payroll calculation and wanting better "collaboration" in real time which I often see as needing better practices and tools for async
@hergaiety@moiety@gingerrroot I'd say some of it as well is the MUCH better worker protections many other countries have, like mandatory leave and no bullshit like at-will employment
