For those who weren’t privy to when I cosplayed as this character back in October and all the subsequent gushing, may I present to you a character that was born from a dire need for positivity, fat acceptance, and self-care awareness:
Dr. Rúan Daichi!
The impetus behind Rúan was to distill my altruism, asexuality, and medicinal acumen into a gigantic (though admittedly not macro by furry standards) cotton ball who’s driving motivation is to help people and live life to the fullest.
Their eschewing of all forms of clothing was to draw the teddy bear esque qualities into sharper relief and they engage in some of my gentler hobbies more often than not!
