I have had an exceptionally physically intensive several days yet I can count only one minor dislocation while doing any of those activities. This has taken years of work and active thought, and I will have to continue this work for the rest of my life. But I am so so so proud of myself for being able to make this happen. I still feel tired and sore, but for once in my life it's a good tired and sore.
