There are elders everywhere, they didn't all die, and they'd do anything to pass their wisdom on to you. No need to reinvent the wheel when it comes to survival, the recipes exist and are here.

It's funny how in the last seven years I forgot how much just shrugging and going "sure, lets do this" does for a social life. Going from geeking out about something I overheard someone say in public with them to suddenly finding myself with a rolodex of like 20+ people I could call on for help or hangs/can call on me for help or hangs in just a couple months has been a wild ride

Sometimes I look up at the world and see things that remind me of how wonderful it is to be the human animal

@endeavorance I throw in a "Avast ye" from time to time when I need someone to look at something I'm pointing at and it so far always works
