And if anyone else has recommendations for novels featuring lesbians who want each other carnally or doesn't shy away from that element of their lesbian characters I'd very much appreciate them!
This is slowly becoming one of my favorite books, I really hope it sticks the landing. I love the jumping in and out of the epistolary mode.
I also love the expression of lesbian sexuality in a way I don't get to see too much in fiction lately, so much I've encountered left it as a barely spoken of aspect of a character but in here it's made abundantly clear how much these characters want each other both romantically and sexually. And this is one of the many reasons I love the horror genre.
@MxSadie yeeeeessssss. I need to get back on that because it's been ages since I made one in earnest
@MxSadie thems good takes
melancholy cohost musings
Cohost was there during a very harrowing and uncertain period of my life, and I'm eternally grateful to have had it and to have been able to keep up with some of the old crew afterwards on discord and am pretty bummed that what remains of us is going to scatter again. None of us were good at messaging each other so that kind of space made it easier to keep up with each other's lives. Times change and we lose people, and at least discord didn't have a mission I believe in
