food, extremely silly

I place my french fry token onto my high protein burrito card and tap it alongside my tamarind Jarritos card for a fortofication boost. Then I play Rolled Up Sleeves in Sub-Freezing Temperatures in the defensive, knocking me back 3HP, but because The Sun is out and I have a ×2 absorbtion bonus when it's been 2+ days without Sunlight I actually gain 5HP. So minus that 3HP I end my turn with a full belly, cheered spirits, and +2HP.

Need a hot vampire femme to bite me so I'm a vampire too and I can sleep in a grave for a few centuries. That should do the trick

Polled online queers for gothic lit recs a few weeks ago and so far every one has been pretty much a banger— I just finished Plain Bad Heroines by Emily M. Danforth and I adored it. I love the prose and the characters thorns and all, definitely gonna go reread it before the end of the year after knowing all the puzzle pieces

I mean, come on; women? Dolls? Dames? Darlings? Femmes! Geez Louise

Thrifted a bag of exotic wood turning blanks worth ~100× more than I paid (and it was half off its meagre price). Very exciting though I may need some new PPE given how many exotic woods are allergens and sensitizers. It's awesome how often I find tools and materials so undervalued by people who have no idea what they are, perfect for a broke woodworker.

I love writing so much, I love it so much, I love playing with tense and perspective, I love that I'm writing something trippy and playful and full of love

Destiny is fake and people's obsession with it is toxic and has done innumerable harm to society— but damn do I love books where a character is drawn inexorably to a terrible destiny that consumes all

May my legacy be that of love freely given and when the pine box has rotted away and the last remaining memories fade, may that love be passed down hand to hand— a small candle fluttering in the darkness of time

Bet it feels really fucking good for a demon to make a possessed body crawl on walls and ceilings. To make the body to make wild faces and gnash etc. like stretching feet after a long drive

For over a decade I thought the last line of Broom People by The Mountain Goats was "I'm a battling frog!" And honestly that's the fun part of being hard of hearing/deaf and listening to music

I keep finding ways to describe my experience with my brain and body with mech metaphors to people who have no idea what I'm taking about, but like it just makes so much sense

Me: *finishes reading a horror novel about a trans fella figuring his sexuality in backwater Appalachia*
Hoopla: You really like this stuff huh? Maybe next you should read the Meditations of Marcus Aurelius

Day two of waking up to no one distributing impractically large swords to women

It's mind-blowing that I felt seen by this book and Lucy Undying. I contain multitudes
