Slowly figuring my shit out, after a string of work-related emotional breakdowns.
- Switched to decaf only. I have really bad caffeine crashes after every cup of coffee, with crazy anxiety
- No alcohol alone or on weeknights. I was using alcohol to deal with stress/anxiety, which isn't great. Also I am >40 and hangovers suck, so less drinking in general
- CPAP machine every night. Even after cutting out booze/caffeine, I was still a mess. Turns out I was exhausted
