@pluralistic I'm also guessing calling it a "water feature" is intentional and probably allows them to skirt Nevada/Vegas water regulations on outdoor water fountains.

@kiry @postmodern @pluralistic trespassing is one of those crimes where youre only in trouble if the owner presses charges.

@FinalOverdrive @kiry yep and laws differ from country to country. Having watched plenty of UK urbex videos, if they get caught they can just leave immediately, and then it's not a crime.
