@lobo I'm really not sure why it wasn't done sooner. Microtones can be used in electronic music and sound great (Sevish). I'm not sure how they managed to do it easily

@Saki @lobo working on things recently kind of related to it, it's at least partly because doing it with midi is Very Extremelt Not Straightforward ;)

@leinir @lobo I guess it's just a matter of figuring out a neat/tidy way of mapping microtones to a midi keyboard... It doesn't seem right when all keyboards will be setup for 12TET though xD

I think Scala is a good tool, Sevish has some resources on their site sevish.com/2017/mapping-microt

@Saki It's sort of more that what i have to do is ensure that everything gets distributed correctly through our midi routing pipeline... by no means impossible, but it's kind of involved :D (plus i have to add in support for midi tuning to SamplerSynth at some point ;) )
