@lion that's so frustrating. There's one carrier here who every time, without fail, says I was not available or delivery couldn't be completed for at least a week. I live in an apartment on a main street in a large city. My address is not hard to figure out. My buzzer goes to my phone. It's so easy to call them out on their crap yet it continues
finally got the notification that they had a nonspecific problem delivering it and will try again tomorrow. i'd left delivery instructions that work for 99% of other drivers and no attempt was made to contact me or anything like that. so i have updated the delivery instructions to be even more detailed. shrug emoji
