Not sure why people are seemingly taking sides in the whole Twitter vs Brazil thing. Musk is an awful person and deserves to be challenged legally; but blocking a site that a lot of people still use and rely on is a bad thing, especially with the threat of a fine of thousands of dollars for bypassing it (e.g. with a VPN).
Sometimes, both sides can be arseholes, you know.

@Rib yeah I've been thinking this, in any other situation banning VPNs with the threat of huge fines would be condemned as the authoritarian overreach it is, but because it's being done in the context of a beef between a left wing president and a guy everyone hates you've got people cheering it on
