UPS still proving themselves to be the worst delivery company in the UK I think. Their international network is great, they can get a parcel from HK to UK in a day, but when it comes to bringing it to my front door ohh noo that's too hard we'll leave it at some fucking phone shop instead
@NekoEd For me definitely. I've had problems with Evri but I get tons of stuff delivered by them and like 95% is fine. Meanwhile I rarely get anything by UPS and when I do they usually fail to deliver it. At least this time it went to a shop where I could go and get it and I didn't have to contact them and chase them about it
