since being less obsessively on social media for a bit was fairly good for me mentally maybe i'll try to actually stick to that...
i'm not going to quit looking at it or stop posting by any means but just make some effort to not have my Default Activity being checking the same couple of sites/apps
but i also want to try to talk to more people outside of social media.. so if we're mutuals & you want to add me on Discord/Telegram feel free to DM & ask!
