@RavenWorks there are but apparently anything thats not like professional grade equipment won't really contain a lithium fire, just buy you enough time to chuck it out the window
however i've also read a battery at rest is basically not dangerous, if it does swell up it would be from over-discharge in the device which means there's no energy in it anyway. so i don't think they're likely to go up on the shelf or anything. but charging one thats been in storage for a while always feels sketchy
