My internet has been slow and unreliable since Monday, I had an engineer out to look at it today, he replaced a damaged cable and left and now it doesn't work at all
I need the internet for work so I've had to use mobile data. And I only have a limited amount of that so I'm having to avoid anything bandwidth heavy in my free time. Can't watch streams can't watch videos can't do fuck all
Currently waiting with bated breath to find out how soon the engineer can come back
Tomorrow morning. Could be as early as 8 so I'll have to get up at 7:30. Love that for myself
I waited from 8am to 2pm with no sign of the guy so contacted him and was told I hadn't been put on his job list and he'll figure out what's going on and get back to me 🙃
By the way here's something that sucks. I have a NAS with a bunch of downloaded TV so I at least have something to watch in lieu of streaming. But apparently my ISP's router/modem reboots periodically when it has no internet connection so I can't even access things on my INTERNAL network reliably
Oh and the guy hasn't got back to me
