this friend is a streamer tho, which is where her concern comes from which i understand
its just that ive gotten way more "eyes" on my work on instances here than I ever do on Twitter. Twitter is too competitive to get any attention from people who don't already know you exist.
the entire reason i moved off of .social (an incredibly high volume instance) is because of TOO MUCH engagement from people both there and on other instances
it's actually like... way too easy to engage with other people on other instances lmao.
one of my friends wont join mastodon cause its "too hard or impossible to engage with people on other instances" and that's how i can tell she's never used it.
It's always concerning to see a celebrity have a weird meltdown cause what consumers of media think is funny or shocking could be anything from a life crisis or serious problem.
I should get back into Minecraft but I don't know where to start wrt mods
