I wonder if there's a way I can make going inside myself more appealing. like, I want the benefits, it's just always hard to do in the moments. I know "meditation partners" are a thing, and it seems like some kind of social reinforcement would help, I just don't see how that would work.

Or, our trick when learning hypnosis was to work on something unfalsifiable so we couldn't be sure it wasn't working. -iore
