plurality and hypnosis
Had some good success in an experiment (using playlists and a text-to-speech script) trancing our best hypnotee and then having them switch to someone else so the second person could experience the same quality of trance. We'd tried trance for switching before, but we hadn't worked out all the steps we needed to do for a good switch and described them in a script.

My headmate and I used meditation for switching when we first realized we're plural. We also hypnotized a plural friend of ours at some point while hanging out, it was delightful! I'd love to try out more things with hypnosis and our own plurality, but my headmate is very adamant on not wanting to lose control and only wanting to engage with hypnosis as a hypnotee on very special terms. (As hypnotists ourselves we obv know hypnosis is not really giving up control, but it still feels like a very vulnerable state, so that's why!)
