do people really feel good after doing self-care things? I don't feel better after I exercise, I just feel tired. I don't feel better after I shower, I just feel wet. getting out from feeling hungry/dehydrated is legit good, but then I feel indigested instead. even socializing just leaves me feeling lonelier afterwards.

@octopus No, but not doing them has historically made me feel worse over a longer term. I think baths and walks were a substitute for resting before I learned how to actually rest.
