I'd really love it if there was an option to not show boosts in my feed if I have already reboosted them or favorited them.

The option to try to not show the same thing repeatedly is pointless. It looks at such a small sample of your feed that it has no actual effect at all.

Half my feed is things I've boosted hours earlier, or at least favorited. This is simple and obvious. Please..
