PSA: Are you, …Old?
Well, if you are of a certain vintage, like me, you likely got an MMR vaccine when you were a youngin. If you haven’t gotten another since then, you likely do not have resistance to things like Measles.
I just got mine updated this morning at CVS. And, as your Doktor, I recommend you all get an update too. Ya know, since there’s a new epidemic of measles today and Bobby Brainworm is in charge.
FUN FACT: Measles re-sets your immune system too, if you get it, yer fucked.

@krypt3ia @recursive That's the first thing I did. Everything I found said something like "generally lifelong protection".
@madewokherd @recursive I got mine in the 60’s so likely lower immunity now. Have a titre done to see.
